Ashcroft commercial pressure gauges are available for a wide range of applications that include general purpose air, gas, oil, and water; hydraulic systems; agricultural and refrigerant ammonia; sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and fire extinguisher use; and refrigerant equipment. Offerings include wetted materials of both brass and stainless steel; direct drive and mini gauges; and digital gauges.

Ashcroft process gauges are designed specifically to meet the demanding needs of the chemical, petrochemical, refinery, oil production, power generation, and general process industries. With a 0.5% of span accuracy, these gauges provide accurate, reliable service where corrosive atmospheres, corrosive media, pressure pulsation, vibration, and wide variations in ambient temperatures are present. Both liquid fillable and dry case gauges are offered, with Ashcroft’s Plus Performance option that offers liquid-fillable performance in a dry gauge. Models include solid front case design; brass, stainless steel, or Monel wetted materials; and a choice of phenolic, polypropylene, or aluminum case models.

Ashcroft industrial pressure gauges are typically used in general industrial applications where large dials are needed. These gauges are typically used on pumps, air or oil monitoring, refrigeration equipment; with duplex and differential pressure models for filter, flow, leak, and level monitoring. Both liquid fillable and filled gauges are available for use in high vibration or media pulsation environments. Models include a choice of bronze, stainless steel, or Monel wetted materials; and a choice of stainless steel, phenolic, or aluminum cases.

Ashcroft stainless steel case gauges are ideal for a variety of applications, including industrial compressors, firefighting equipment, measurement and control, metal working, hydraulic equipment, fluid power in oil and gas production, construction, mining, machine tools, boilers and compressors, and in pharmaceutical and food production. Both liquid fillable and filled gauges are available for use in high vibration or media pulsation environments. Models include a choice of bronze, stainless steel, or Monel wetted materials.

Ashcroft digital pressure gauges are available for use in general purpose, industrial, and for high accuracy test applications. Offered in a range of sizes and case materials, these gauges are battery or loop/line powered. The industrial models offer optional analog and relay outputs.

Ashcroft sanitary pressure gauges are designed specifically for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food applications where sanitary Tri-Clover fittings and electropolished wetted parts are required. Both liquid fillable and dry case gauges are offered, with Ashcroft’s Plus Performance option that offers liquid-fillable performance in a dry gauge.

Ashcroft offers are wide choice of diaphragm seals and isolators for use in pressure measurement applications where corrosive or viscous fluids are present. Ashcroft models are available in threaded, flanged, and in-line welded configurations. Diaphragm types include capsule, welded or bonded, and clamped. Compact mini-seal and quick connect models are also available.
