| Gas Line Heaters and Insulators
 Benchmark offers heaters for gas lines from .250” O.D. thru .750” O.D. in a choice of colors for maximum temperature of 475° F. Available in 12 volts to 240 volts and watt densities from 1 to 5 watts per square inch, Benchmark heaters provide dependable service for all your gas line heating needs. With U.L. recognized components, heaters are typically supplied with .25” thick fiberglass reinforced silicone insulation with nylon covered snaps for safety.

Large Line Heaters and Exhaust Line Components
 AAvailable in 1.5” to 4.0” diameters, Benchmark large line heaters have U.L. recognized components, with a choice of .25” or .50” insulation. Heater jackets are fiberglass reinforced silicone sheet material. Nylon coated snaps are provided for greater operator protection. The Type “K” thermocouple is available. Additionally, large diameter exhaust line components are offered with 90° and 45° radius, conical reducers, and tees.

Specialty Heaters and Foam Products
 Benchmark offers specialty heaters and customized items that include ISO clamp heaters, continuous shapes, valve heaters, valve insulators and stacks. Benchmark also produces molded foam products from quality G.E. silicone sponge material in nearly any color, size and shape.

Temperature Contols
 Benchmark’s TempSense temperature controller is an in-line controller that provides up to 350 watts of continuous power for heating a wide array of products and systems. Plug it into a power supply, connect the appropriate thermocouple and it starts operating to a preprogrammed profile that resides in non-volatile memory. The TempSense Controller works with TempWare Premier proprietary software that can set temperature, ramp rate, continuous or ramp and soak, allows for data logging at intervals from 0 to 60 minutes, and retrieval of resident parameters during controller operation without interruption.
