Entegris PFA high purity tube and pipe fittings are available in a range of styles that include Flaretek flared tube fittings, QuikGrip and Galtek integral ferrule tube fittings, PureBond fusible fittings, threaded pipe fittings. Designed for ultrapure and corrosive fluid applications, Entegris PFA fittings are made with the highest quality materials, and in a wide choice of configurations and sizes.

Entegris offers the most complete line of PFA and PTFE high purity valve products available. No matter what your fluid control needs, Entegris can provide a fully characterized, reliable valve that meets your temperature, pressure, flow, size, configuration and installation specifications. Entegris Dymension® surface mount valve manifolds incorporate tongue & groove and FlareMount™ technology, a modular method of mounting valves to a manifold block using proven Flaretek® tube fitting sealing technology, while providing a small footprint that saves valuable equipment space. The surface mount design also enables you to replace or change a single valve as needed, lowering your cost of ownership. Manifold blocks are available in PFA or proprietary HyQ® PTFE, providing chemical resistance and high purity fluid handling.

Entegris FluoroLine® high quality fluoroplastic tubing is available in a variety of grades. Choices include high purity Teflon® PFA tubing for ultrapure or highly corrosive applications; industrial grade Teflon® PFA tubing for harsh chemical applications; and FEP grade tubing for economical, low temperature, corrosive environments. The FEP tubing also meets FDA requirements for repeated contact with food.
