| Severe Service, Multi-Stage Valves
The Kammer Multi-Z boiler feed-pump, recirculation control valve handles high-pressure drop applications where entrained solids and cavitation are a problem. Multistage trim design eliminates cavitation and provides extended trim life. A venturi outlet nozzle offers further trim and seat protection from high velocity, cavitation, and flashing. The linear multistage plug provides high throttling resolution.

Low Flow and Micro Flow Valves
Kammer low flow split body valves are manufactured from forged material, making the valves easy to clean and maintain. Available in ½” globe, angle or 3-way configurations, the seat is clamped between the upper and lower body, which allows for easy trim changes without any special tools. A ½” low flow utility valve of cast stainless steel is ideal for all general service applications where the Cv value is equal to or below 2.9. Kammer also offers micro flow laboratory valves that are designed for precision controlling.

 |
| > High Pressure Valves
Kammer high pressure angle valves with split body design are manufactured to IG standards with other high pressure screwed connections or flanges optional. Special high pressure relief designs are possible with wear bushes, dissipater sleeves, or additional downstream plates.

General Service Valves
Kammer offers a general service valve for requirements where special materals such as Hastelloy, Alloy 20 or other exotic materials are needed. Available in 1" (DN25) up to 6" (DN150) sizes; and as a globe, angle or 3-way valve. Options include low noise trims, anti-cavitation inserts, high pressure bellows seals, steam jacket or low emission packing system.

| Tank Bottom Valves
Kammer offers a unique valve that is typically used for on-off bottom drain tank applications, where flushing or fluid transfer is necessary. The valve mounts flush to the tank with a plug extending into the tank, and the seat ring flush with the inner wall. The valve's compact, lightweight design is ideal for in-line maintenance under the tank. It can be specified with either a 45° or 60° outlet angle. Other options include bellows seal, normalizing fins, a special body without pockets, steam jacketing or a plug that retracts into the body.

Lined Control Valves
Kammer’s new lined control valve offers high quality lining materials such as PFA (standard), PVDF, PP, ETFE and FEP; as well as PFA antistatic, to cover most mediums and applications. The revolutionary PTFE bellows design allows a standard pressure rating of 232 psig.

| Aseptic and Sanitary Valves
Kammer offers valve models for sanitary use in the food and beverage industry, and for aseptic and ultra pure applications in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The sanitary valve features an optimized body design that is pocket free so that bacteria or any other kind of contamination are avoided. This valve also features an integral seat, and a stem guided by a PTFE bushing for precise control, reduced friction and minimal wear. The aseptic valve models feature a diaphragm made from EPDM with a TFM coating to seal the media from the environment. To extend the lifetime of the diaphragm a support ring is installed on the reverse side of the diaphragm.

Pneumatic Actuators
Kammer offers a choice of actuators that include stainless steel actuators for standard use on /2" to 6" valves. This actuator features a multi-spring design, fail-open or fail-close position and various accessories such as handwheel or limit stop. Compact, small size actuators for 1/2" valves and smaller are also available, and feature the use of chromalizing and epoxy resin coated aluminum for corrosion resistant. Heavy Duty pneumatic diaphragm actuators are also offered. These powerful, compact units are designed for high stroking thrusts and are fully reversible without additional parts.
