| Metal Seated Knife Gate Valves
 LVC offers a number of metal seated models for unidirectional shutoff operation. Models include the Figure 93 cast stainless steel knife gate valve, as well as the Figure L93 with cast ductile iron body and stainless steel liner. Both are available in sizes up to 24-inch. The Figure 82 is a slide gate valve with a fabricated stainless steel lined body ideally suited for dense or abrasive media, both wet and dry. Additionally, the Figure 193 bonneted knife gate valve, which has a cast stainless steel body and fabricated bonnet, is ideally suited to aid in reduction of fugitive emissions.

Resilient Seated knife Gate Valves
 LVC resilient seated valve offerings allow for bidirectional drip tight shutoff, include the Figure 53 ductile iron knife gate valve with heavy duty cast ductile iron body and yoke for the most rugged service. The Figure 65 is a urethane-lined cast ductile iron valve suitable for slurry, powder, and pellet applications. The Figure 77 cast stainless steel knife gate valve, as well as the Figure L77 with cast ductile iron body and stainless steel liner are available in sizes up to 24-inch.

Custom and Special Application Knife Gate Valves
 LVC can design and manufacture virtually any configuration of fabricated knife gate valve or slide gate valve that you might require. LVC custom designs offer choice of resilient seats, metal to metal seats, bonneted, or bonnetless knife gate valves in sizes through and above 96”, and in a range of pressure ratings. Special application knife gate valves include the F93 metal seated and F77 resilient seated large diameter knife gate valves up to 60” with carbon steel bodies and stainless steel liners, or in all stainless steel construction.

Cast Stainless Steel Check and Wedge Gate Valves
 The LVC Figure 22 is a 150lb. cast stainless swing check valve with precision machined disc and seat for tight shutoff of reverse flow. Similarly, LVC offers the Figure 29 cast stainless steel wedge gate valve with precision machined gate and seat for bidirectional tight shutoff.
