| High Purity Point-of-Use Filters
 Mott offer high purity gas filters designed for point-of-use applications in high purity semiconductor manufacturing environments. A choice of models are offered that feature Mott’s porous nickel media, which handles the high flows comparable to Teflon media, but with enhanced strength and longer life. Models with all 316L stainless steel media are also available, with all Mott POU filters providing true 9-log filtration efficiency of particles as small as 0.003 microns.

High Purity Bulk and Utility Filters
 Like their point-of-use counterparts, Mott GasShield bulk and utility filters are made to last, offering reliable main-line filtration for years. Designed to accommodate flows from 1000 to 25,000 slpm, GasShield bulk filters are available with 316L stainless steel or nickel filter elements. Unlike Teflon®-based filters, Mott’s utility line and bulk filters are not subject to failure caused by high temperatures and pressure spikes.

| Integrated Gas System Filters
 Mott offers a full line of filter and flow restrictor products in designs compatible with the gas system interfaces presently gaining acceptance in semiconductor process tools, gas cabinets and valve manifold box installations. Mott IGS filters are designed to provide greater system flexibility coupled with ease of change-out and reduced lead times.

High Purity Flow Restrictors
 Mott also offers High Purity Flow Restrictors using porous metal filter elements designed into double-male face seal fittings to provide consistent, long-lasting, wear- and plug-resistant flow control, with a minimal footprint to conserve space.

| High Purity Diffusers
 Mott GasShield POU Diffusers allow controlled, non-disruptive filling of load lock and reactor chambers in semiconductor applications. The diffusers are carefully designed to maximize flow while minimizing pressure drop, resulting in the desired, uniform diffusion of gas through the porous element into the chamber.
