Norriseal offers pneumatic liquid level controllers using both force-balance and torque-tube level sensing techniques. The Series EVS environmentally friendly, zero-leak controllers provide liquid level or interface control for gas separator and scrubber applications. The Series 1001 is a reliable and economical pneumatic proportional controller with no-bleed, force-balance operation, and an optional weatherproof design. For torque-tube operation, the Norriseal Series 1400 provides level control in both indicating and non-indicating configurations.

Norriseal float-actuated liquid level switches are available in choice of models that include the Series 1005 with either pneumatic or electric operation. Designed for rugged use, the 1005 offers high and low level alarms for high pressure applications. Ideal for use in high/low level safety applications, the Series 1100A is a pneumatic no-bleed level switch that combines a cast carbon steel external chamber and a liquid level controller.

A choice of vertical and horizontal chambers and torque tube sensors are available for use with Norriseal liquid level controllers and switches to meet the specific needs of your application. Series 1006 externally mounted chambers are offered in both vertical and horizontal configurations for use with both controllers and switches. The versatile Series 1406 torque tube level sensor, used with Series 1400 liquid level controllers and transmitters, is available in a variety of mounting configurations.

Norriseal pneumatic pressure controllers include the Series 4300, an easy to operate, ruggedly constructed unit that senses pressure with a 316 SST Bourdon tube. The Series 4400 Type 72-44 is an indicating pressure controller that also offers pressure output signals. Offering a choice of proportional control modes, the Series 4700A pressure controller is rated up to 10,000 psig using 316 SST Bourdon tube sensing elements. For temperature control, the Series 4400 Type 72-46 is driven by a bulb-type sensing element, and offers optional remote set point, automatic/manual functions and hi-limit reset.

Norriseal offers a variety of control valves for a range of applications. The compact Series AOV is a 1-inch, heavy-duty valve featuring an adjustable orifice; designed as a single solution for a variety of flow rates. The Series 2023A and 2026/2027A are “no freeze” valves for use in high pressure liquid applications. The standard Series 2220 is a proven performer for use in the control of liquid or gas pressure in separators, scrubbers or other types of pressure vessels. Norriseal’s general purpose Series 2700A control valve and the space-saving 2720 version are designed for a wide range of pressures, temperatures, materials and trims. Also available is the Series 3023 three-way, two-position high-pressure control valve used for diverting or blending applications.

The Norriseal Series 7100 FLO-LIFT® is a non-slam piston check valve designed for positive prevention of backflow in gas, air or liquid systems. Norriseal’s butterfly offerings include the unique Series 200 angle-disc butterfly valves available in both resilient-seated and metal-lined designs. These valves feature bi-directional positive shutoff to 200 psig working pressure with a 360° uninterrupted differential sealing surface. Additionally, the Series 285 angle-disc butterfly valves provide bi-directional, positive shutoff to ANSI 150 standards (285 psig). Norriseal also offers diaphragm actuators in four size ranges, for on/off or throttling service (when used with a positioner).
