Draw-Wire C100 and D125 EncodersAs they make a major contribution to automation and safety, sensors have become indispensable in mobile automation. Draw wire systems are the preferred choice for length measurement. Inclinometers are used e.g. for vehicle leveling. Nevertheless, this means that the vehicle manufacturer has to select and integrate accordingly two components. Kübler has created the solution to remedy this problem: length and inclination measurement in one single device.

The new draw wire systems C100 and D125 have an integrated inclinometer and still remain very compact and easy to install. Kübler draw wire systems offer enormous adaptability thanks to the huge choice of different sensor types (analog, incremental, CANopen, relay output, switching output) and the wide measuring range of 1…5 m for the C100 and 6…10 m for the D125.

The high linearity of ±0.1 % respectively ±0.5 % of the measur-ing range ensures high accuracy and therefore better performance.

Especially in outdoor applications, many sensors reach their limits. Kübler draw wire systems stand for highest reliability and long service life. Their robust housing, their high IP67 protection level and their wide temperature range of 40°C ... +85°C help to ensure that these draw wire systems remain operative even in harshest environments.
The particularity of these draw wire systems, in addition to their integrated inclinometer, is the possibility to realize a redundant system or sensors in this very compact housing. This contributes to higher plant availability.

Tanks to a 5-pole M12 connector, these draw wire systems are easy to connect and require a power supply of 9 ... 30 V DC or 5 V DC.
Mobile-robust – this definition underlines their usability in mo-bile automation. These devices offer Kübler's premium quality and high performance at economical prices.
