Kubler electronic timers measure the time in the unit of time, for which the device is laid out. With the electronic meters, the time base is programmable in hours, minutes or seconds or is displayed with two decimal places. The resolution is determined by the decimal point. Here the smallest possible resolution is milliseconds when operating in the short time meter mode (stop watch function). A time base of hours, minutes and seconds can also be programmed. The time counting starts when the supply voltage is applied to the meter, or is controlled by means of pulses using either the time-interval measuring principle or the pulse width (gate time) principle, with one or two separate inputs.
