Codix Process DisplayUser-friendliness, a large range of application possibilities and highly accurate data are the decisive criteria for the purchase of such a device. These are exactly the points Kübler attaches great importance to. With success: the Codix Process Displays set new standards in this branch. The new generation of powerful and particularly fast Process Controllers for standard signals, temperature and strain gauges, with the practical Quick-start Guide, is now also available with an analogue output for the DC supply version.

Codix 564, Temperature Controller

This device receives mV signals from many different temperature sensors (thermocouples) or resistance values (RTDs, PT100, PTC, NTC etc.), as well as direct mV and resistance input signals, which can be scaled and displayed on the 6-digit display. The device can also store and display upon request the minimum and maximum measured values. The analogue output converts one of these measured values into 0/4-20mA or 0/2-10VDC standard signals and passes these scaled values on to a higher-level PLC, to the PD or to the curve tracer. In addition, the controller can control a plant independently by means of the two relay outputs, thanks to a 2-point regulation.

Codix 565 Standard Signal Controller

This device receives standard signals from many different sensors such as flow, speed, filling level, stroke, distance, pressure, humidity, dew point etc., which can be scaled and displayed on the 6-digit display. Also this device can store and display upon request the minimum and maximum measured values. An additional totaliser totalises the measured values on a time basis to display the quantities over time. The analogue output converts one of these measured values into another standard signal and passes the scaled value on to a higher-level PLC, PC or curve tracer. This controller also allows controlling a plant by means of the two relay outputs, thanks to a 2-point regulation.

Codix 566 Strain Gauge Controller

This device measures the pressure or the weight, which can be scaled and displayed on the 6-digit display, using a strain gauge input. The minimum and maximum measured values can be stored and displayed upon request. The totaliser totalises the measured values upon a key press or the activation of a control input, to display the total quantities. The analogue output converts one of the measured values into a standard signal and passes the scaled value on to a higher-level system. A control using the 2-point regulation is also possible with this device.
