Registration

Why should I create an account?

Take advantage of the capabilities of a registered user:

  • Track Orders
  • View Order History
  • Create Favorites Lists
  • Track and manage your Requests for Quotes
  • Take advantage of our easy checkout process
  • View your company's pricing and availability
  • Track and manage users under your company account

How do I register?

If you have previously placed an order off-line (by fax, phone, or email) with Valin, your account already exists. Simply fill out an  "Already a Valin Customer?" form and submit your registration. Once we link your account is linked, you will be able to view your order history in the last year for all online and off-line orders.

If you are new to Valin, simply Create an Account and submit your registration.

Why does it take a full business day for Valin to process my registration?

It's important us, that we link you to the correct account and this takes time. Each registration goes through a thorough assessment to verify each account. In the mean time, you can still purchase by using a credit card until your registration is approved.

What is my Customer ID?

You can locate your Customer ID from a previous Invoice. If you do not know your Customer ID, you can leave the field blank or contact ValinOnline Customer Service, toll free at 1-800-774-5630 or by email ValinWebOrders@valin.com

What is my Username?

Try using your Email Address, at registration we recommend that you use your email address as your Username.

Can I change my Username?

No, Usernames cannot be changed.

Passwords

What is my Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password? link on the Sign In page and entering your email address associated with your account.

Instructions will be sent to you to reset your password.

An error message pops up when I try to reset my password, what do I do?

Please contact ValinOnline Customer Service, toll free at 1-800-774-5630 or by email ValinWebOrders@valin.com and we'll be happy to assist in resetting your password for you.

Sign In

How do I access My Account?

Hover over the Hi Sign In icon and click on Sign In at the top right corner of your page and it will take you to our log in page.

What do I do if I get locked out of My Account?

Please contact ValinOnline Customer Service, toll free at 1-800-774-5630 or by email ValinWebOrders@valin.com, and we will be able to unlock your account and reset your password in case you've forgotten it.
